About Pieter

Hi, my name is Pieter, and passion is what drives me.

Whether I'm behind my drum kit touring the world, capturing moments through my camera, or in the kitchen working with fresh, organic, locally sourced ingredients, my love for discovery and artistic expression guides everything I do.

I was born in Belgium, and my journey took me to Italy before eventually settling in California. It was there that I discovered the richness and joy that simplicity can bring, especially in a food culture that values quality over quantity. While Santa Barbara offers an abundance of beautiful, farm-fresh produce at the Farmers Market, I found myself missing one key element: freshly made pasta to pair with it. So, I decided to turn my passion into action and offer handmade pasta to the local community of food lovers.

This is a small-scale community pasta share made in my home kitchen.
I'm not a licensed food business yet, so I ask that you enjoy the pasta in the spirit it's given — handmade, humble, and from one neighbor to another.

The pasta is made fresh on the day of pickup and therefore the quantities are limited. Because I deeply believe in sustainable production. I craft all of my products using organic ingredients sourced—whenever possible—from local farmers. The fresh pasta is packed in Kraft paper containers with PLA lining. It is the best compromise I could find between practicality and sustainability, but I remain on the lookout for solutions that help reduce the reliability on plastics and disposables.

Thank you for supporting local art, food, and craft.
